Whether you’re a first time seller or an expert at real estate investment, it is always best to have a qualified real estate agent on your side.

Market conditions are fluid and always changing. It is in your best interest to be in the know of the most recent trends and information.

So Why Me Instead of Another Realtor?

I stay in constant communication, give you feedback throughout the whole process, and make sure to inform you of what buyers are saying. They are your target market.

Statistics show from a marketing perspective the first 2 weeks are critical to your home selling success.

Honesty

Honesty is part of a Realtor’s Code of Ethics. I understand hearing the truth can be difficult at times. I vow to remain open and honest with my clients.

My Two-Step Process

Tip #1

To ensure your home valuation is accurate, I feel a two step listing presentation is necessary. The first step is to gather information. The second step is to give my opinion of value based on previous “solds” and how you compare to your current competition.

Amy Keeps in Touch

Tip #2

Real estate is a commodity. The market is always changing. This can impact your home value. I keep in constant contact with you as situations may arise.

Embrace the Neighbors

Tip #3

I host an “For Neighbors Only” open house. Your neighbors are a BENEFIT. Most realtors do not take advantage of this referral source. They like their neighborhood, and they have friends and family who would like to move there. Haven’t you ever wanted a friend or family member to move closer?

Giving Back

We all have missions and causes that are important to us for a variety of reasons. One group that I have supported over the last few years is our combat veterans. Although most veterans are able to make a smooth transition back to civilian life, others experience some difficulties, including some who deal with post-traumatic stress (PTS).

This became very real to my family when a family member lost his battle with PTS and took his own life. In an effort to spare other families the pain and heartbreak that our family has suffered, I am committed to donating a portion of each of my commissions to organizations dedicated to treating PTS and suicide prevention. With every sale I make, my buyers and sellers will help me to help make a difference for our veterans who have so bravely served our country!

Put me to work for you. Wait no longer!
