Whether you’re a first time home buyer or an old pro at the real estate game, buying a home can be a daunting process. It’s an emotional time filled with choices, processes of elimination and each decision you make has money riding on it.
Have a Negotiator on Your Side
I understand the real estate market and even more importantly the art and importance of negotiating. It’s good to have someone on your side who doesn’t mind getting her hands dirty.
Master Certification Negotiation Expert
Less than 5% of real estate agents nationwide have pursued this extensive higher education, putting me in an elite group of Realtors.
I am with you every step of the way- making the process as seamless as possible. We may have some bumps in the road, however I will guide you through and give you advice on what choices and options you have to help you navigate. Making the decision about a large asset is a big deal, and I understand that.
Know What You're Shopping For
There are two types of homes out there – the one that meets your needs and the one that fulfills your desires. If this were a perfect world, you’d find a home that will check both boxes, but in the end, you’ll have choices to make.
Mortgage Shopping First, Then the Home
Getting a loan pre-approval is the smart way to shop for a home. It tells the sellers that you’re a serious prospect. Get your pre-approval in writing as well. Don’t get caught in what you think you can afford – know what you can afford.

P.S. We have a lot of your cards for when we pass your name on!
We all have missions and causes that are important to us for a variety of reasons. One group that I have supported over the last few years is our combat veterans. Although most veterans are able to make a smooth transition back to civilian life, others experience some difficulties, including some who deal with post-traumatic stress (PTS).
This became very real to my family when a family member lost his battle with PTS and took his own life. In an effort to spare other families the pain and heartbreak that our family has suffered, I am committed to donating a portion of each of my commissions to organizations dedicated to treating PTS and suicide prevention. With every sale I make, my buyers and sellers will help me to help make a difference for our veterans who have so bravely served our country!
